Outdoor fitness for all ages and fitness levels. Show up anytime we will be doing 30 min HIIT workouts (high intensity, low impact) and 30 minutes meet and greet every hour from 11am until 5pm There will be event discounts on training programs, food, drinks, and games for the whole family!
